We will send you automated email confirming that you are registered with us along with your login details.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you have forgotten your password, the first step we recommend is to try the Forgot Password link to reset your password. If this new password doesn't work, please contact us.
How can I place an order?
Please follow the following steps to place your order: 
  • Select your desirable item.
  • Click on Add to Cart button to add the item to Shopping Cart.
    • Once you click on Add to Cart button, It will ask you to login with your account. (If you are not logged in)
    • If you new user then Sign Up for New Account.
    • Once you logged in to your account you will be redirect to Shopping Cart page.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout button.
  • Enter billing and shipping address, select a payment method to proceed with the payment.
  • Click on Proceed to Payment button to make payment.
  • On successful payment, you will get auto-generated order confirmation email from us.
I have placed my order. When will I receive it?
Approx shipping time all items are mentioned on item detail page. Additional 4 to 5 days are required for customization and 3-4 days from the date of shipment.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We deliver orders through reputed courier companies like DHL, FeDex, UPS, BlueDart, DTDC and First Flight.
How will I know if order is placed successfully or not?
Once your order is successfully placed you will receive a order confirmation email from us. You can also check your order status from My Account section.
How can I check current status of my order?
You will need to log in to My Account section and click the Order History link, where you can find your order status details.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an auto-generated email from us with tracking details. You can also track your order from My Account > Order History section.
Why was my order partially shipped?
This may happen as different items have different processing time. Items which get ready first are shipped to you separately.
How can I use discount coupon code?
On shopping cart page you can enter your coupon code, after enter your code click on Redeem Coupon button to apply your discount code.
When I use a discount coupon code, It's says coupon code is invalid or expired.
All discount coupon codes are subject to expiry. We request you to email us the code so that we can check the same from our side, and update you on same.
I have already placed my order but forgot to select the customize option. What do I do now?
Customization can be added against the order till the time the order is not dispatched. You will however need to pay the additional stitching charges for same.
Can I submit my measurement later?
Yes, you can submit your measurements later. However to ensure that your order is processed at the earliest.
I have been charged twice from my account
This may have happened due to some technical error while performing the transactions. Please contact us with your payment details and we'll refund your money.
